So what is your point? If I bought something defective from a dealer I
would take it back and demand a replacement. Are you saying that that all
this copyrighted material should be available on any site that someone
happens to put up regardless of the law just because you paid for it.

"I bought it but it was defective so I have a right to download it from
where ever".

Go get a video tape of the latest movie. Find a copy house to make you 1000
copies. Put up a web site and advertise them for sale. See how quick you
get shut down. It is called copyright infringement and it is illegal.
